Canninghill Piers was designed by the world renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, who is an American designer best known for his residential projects like those in Chicago, Illinois and Washington, D.C. Located on a sheltered bay of the Canninghill Piers, these residential units are made out of fireproof materials and are designed to withstand winds up to 130 mph. The units are designed to accommodate two to six people. The Canninghill Piers condo floor plan consists of apartments that have a combination of one to four bedroom units on the lower floor, and studio units on the upper floors. Developed by Bellmore Properties, the mixed-use Canninghill Piers project is expected to create approximately 100,000 square feet of office space and retail space for tenants of the project and for people who are interested in making a place for their own business. The property is zoned for mixed-uses and includes parking for the public. There will be a walking path connecting the Canninghill Piers to downtown Denver, a covered pedestrian entrance and across the north and south boundaries of the project.
